各位国际学生：

根据学校放假安排，结合国际学生实际情况，现将2024年暑假相关工作通知如下：

一、放假时间

2024年7月6日（星期六）至8月30日（星期五），8月31日（星期六）、9月1日（星期日）报到注册，9月2日（星期一）正式上课。

二、注意事项

1.提前告知。若需离开学校驻地(太原或榆次),须提前向班主任告知，说 明外出地点和事由，并向公寓管理员报备,不得擅自离校；外出、返校前及时将车票信息发给班主任，及时在公寓一层进行登记。

2.依法办理住宿登记。外出同学到达目的地后，在旅馆以外的其他住所住宿的，需在入住后24小时内向居住地的公安机关办理住宿登记，并将住宿登记表或系统登记截图发送给班主任。假期办理校外租房居住的同学，请提前办理审批手续，经suncitygroup太阳集团同意后，第一时间办理住宿登记，再进行入住。

3.严格遵守学校及宿舍管理。留校学生需服从学校管理；不得夜不归宿，不得留宿他人，不得晚归。

4.禁止非法就业。外籍人员未按照规定取得工作许可和工作类居留证件在中国境内工作的，属于非法就业。一旦发现，予以开除学籍处分。

5.注意安全。牢记安全第一，注意交通、饮食、防诈骗、防溺水、防火等涉及生命财产安全的方面，增强安全意识，提高防范能力。

6.及时返校。学生须根据学校假期通知，合理安排假期，及时返校。

2024 Summer Vacation for International Students

Dear International Students,

According to the school holiday arrangement, combined with the actual situation of international students, the relevant work in the summer of 2023 is hereby notified as follows:

1. Holiday time

Student holidays are from Saturday, July 6 to Friday, August 30, with students returning to campus on Saturday, August 31 and Sunday, September 1, and classes on Monday, September 2.

2. Key point

1. Inform in advance. If you need to leave the school (Taiyuan or Yuci), you must inform the class teacher in advance, explain the location and reason for going out, and report to the apartment aunt, and you are not allowed to leave the school without authorization; Send the ticket information to the class teacher in time before going out and returning to school, and register on the first floor of the apartment in time.

2. Do accommodation registration in accordance with the law. After arriving at the destination,students who go out to stay in other places except the hotel need to register their accommodation to local police station within 24 hours,and send the accommodation registration form or system registration screenshot to the head teacher.Students who want to rent a house off-campus during the holidays should go through the approval procedures in advance, and after obtaining the consent of the College of International Education and Exchange, they should register for accommodation as soon as possible before moving in.

3. Strictly abide by the school and dormitory management. Students who stay in school are required to obey the school management; Do not stay overnight, do not stay overnight, and do not return late.

4. Prohibition of illegal employment. Foreign nationals who work in China without obtaining work permits and work-type residence permits in accordance with regulations are considered illegal employment. Once discovered, they will be expelled from the school.

5. Pay attention to safety. Keep safety first, pay attention to transportation, food, anti-fraud, anti-drowning, fire prevention and other aspects involving the safety of life and property, enhance safety awareness, and improve prevention capabilities.

6. Return to campus on time. Students must make reasonable arrangements for the holidays and return to school in time according to the school holiday notice.
