各位2024届国际毕业生：
祝贺大家完成学业，开启新的人生阶段！为帮助大家及时办理毕业和离校手续，现将国际学生毕业手续相关要求通知如下：
一 、离校手续
全体毕业生须完成《太阳成城集团国际学生离校程序单》,填写校友信息及去向，培养学院、图书馆及公寓中心填写意见后，提交至班主任核查住宿费等费用是否缴清。
二 、递交档案材料
全体毕业生须提交纸质版个人档案材料，包括：
1. 《太阳成城集团国际学生毕业登记表》
2.成绩单
3.护照首页、居留许可页复印件
三、证书领取
学生需提交离校程序单、档案材料后，方可领取毕业证/学位证。
1.本人领取：本人携带护照原件或学生卡至suncitygroup太阳集团教科办201室签字领取。
2.他人代领：被委托人携带《国际学生毕业证书代领委托书》、双方护照复印件前来领取，委托人须手写签名。
四 、离校时间
1.原则上，所有毕业生须于7月5日前将个人物品搬离宿舍并完成退宿手续；
2.延期离校且有住宿需求的学生请在7月5日前提交假期暂住申请表(见附件),并缴纳后续产生的住宿费（在楼长处进行扫码缴费），拒不缴纳者，不能正常办理退宿，一切后果自己承担。(毕业生住宿费自7月1日开始计算，但需提前缴纳；期间必须服从宿舍管理);毕业学生须在8月25日前完成离校退宿。
3.2024年9月继续在太阳成城集团就读的学生，需缴纳暑期住宿费。
4.住宿费收取标准：1.住宿1-7天者，按90元缴纳；住宿8—15天者，按180元缴纳；16—21天者，按270元缴纳；住宿22—31天者，按350元缴纳 。如住宿超过31天者，缴纳金额为350元加上剩余天数应缴金额，剩余天数应缴金额参照上文执行。
五 、其他事项
1. 毕业生留宿期间，须遵守《太阳成城集团国际学生公寓管理规定》；
2. 保险到期的同学，请自行续保。因个人原因导致脱保者，自行承担相关后果；
3. 如无特殊原因，学校不再为毕业生续停留签证。

Notice on Leaving University Procedures for 2024 International Graduates
Dear 2024 International Graduates :
Congratulations on completing your studies!In order to enable students to go through the formalities of leaving school smoothly,the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows
1.Procedures for leaving school
All graduates must complete the leave Procedure Form for International Students of Taiyuan University of Technology,fill in the alumni information and whereabouts, fill in the opinions of the college,library and apartment center,and submit them to the head teacher to check whether the accommodation fee and other fees have been paid.
2.Submit archival materials
All graduates are required to submit their paper personal files,including:
1.Graduation Registration Form of International Students of Taiyuan University Of Technology
2.The Transcript
3.Copy of the first page and residence permit page of the passport
3.Graduation Certificate Collection
Students should submit the graduation procedures and file materials before they can get the graduation certificate /degree certificate.
1.Personally Receive:You should bring the original passport or student card to Room 201 of the CIEE for signature.
2.Received by others:the entrusted person should bring the Letter of Attorney of International Student Graduation Certificate and the copy of the passports of both parties to get it,and the client must sign by hand.
4.Time for leaving campus
1.In principle, all graduates are required to move their personal belongings out of the dormitory and complete the check-out procedures before July 5.
2. Students who postpone their departure from the school and have accommodation needs should submit the application form for temporary residence during the holiday (see attachment) before July 5, and pay the subsequent accommodation fee (scan the code to pay at the building manager).(Graduate accommodation fees will be calculated from July 1, but must be paid in advance; During the period, you must obey the dormitory management);Graduated students are required to leave the dormitory before August 25.
3. Students who continue to study at Taiyuan University of Technology in September 2024 are required to pay the summer accommodation fee.
4. Accommodation fee collection standard: 1. For those who stay for 1-7 days, pay 90 yuan, and for those who stay for 8-15 days, pay 180 yuan; 16-21 days, 270 yuan; For those staying for 22-31 days, pay 350 yuan. If the accommodation is more than 31 days, the payment amount is 350 yuan plus the amount payable for the remaining days, and the amount payable for the remaining days shall be implemented with reference to the above.
5. Other matters
1. Graduates must abide by the Regulations on the Management of International Student Apartments of Taiyuan University of Technology during their stay;
2.If the insurance has expired, please renew the insurance by yourself. If the insurance is released due to personal reasons, the relevant consequences shall be borne by themselves;
3. Unless there is a special reason, the school will not renew the stay visa for graduates.
